      Crappie Tournament Rules Rules:
      The following rules will be used for the STABOR® Line Lock
      National Open Bubby Crappie Tournament Under the Boat Division
      participants must land catch by remaining in the boat. 
      Bank Division teams will leave the bank any time to catch or
      land fish Contestants must be a minimum of 50 feet from all other
      tournament boats and bank anglers.   Directions: Directions to Bucksaw Marina is, 14 miles east
      of Clinton on highway 7, then 4 miles south on "U"
      highway.  Address is, 670 S.E. 803, Clinton, MO.  64735. Participants:  All team members must be at least 16 years
      of age or older unless they are fishing with a parent or guardian.
      STABOR® Line Lock National Open Bubby Crappie Tournament
      require a buddy team of two contestants per boat and on the bank. 
      Teams can be friends, husband, wife, parent, guardian or child.   Pre Fishing: Pre fishing is permitted between April 23rd and
      May 6, 2005 and on tournament date from first light until, 4:00
      pm. Fees and Payback: Team entry fee for the STABOR® National Buddy
      Crappie Tournament is $80 for boat division and $60 for the bank
      division. $10 of each entry will go to the Big Crappie pot. 
      A late fee of $10 will apply after 7:00 pm on 5/6/2005 and at
      the ramp on morning of 5/7/2005.  Payback will be based
      on 80% fielded entry for both divisions. Entry fees can be accepted
      on-site starting at 3:30 pm May 6, 2005 at pavilion.  All
      winning participants will have a polygraph and or a stress test
      (NO EXCEPTIONS) before cash is rendered.
 MANDATORY PRE-TOURNAMENT MEETING: Mandatory pre tournament
      meeting for both divisions starts at 7:00 pm on May 6, 2005 at
      Bucksaw Pavilion until 9:00 pm.  The Purpose of the pre-tournament
      meeting is to inform the participants abort any last minute changes
      or rulings.
 Payment:  We take MasterCard, Visa, American Express,
      Discover and personal checks on site.  NO! Personal Checks
      will be accepted after the May 1, 2005 mail-in deadline.
      Only cash, money orders, credit cards and cashier checks will
      be accepted during sign-up and day of tournament May 6 &
      7, 2005. Tournament Committee: Shall consist of the tournament directors consists
      of a five-member team. The committee shall resolve any protest
      or disputes, which might arise during the tournament. All decisions
      by the tournament committee are final. Take-Off Order: The tournament take-off order will be determined
      by the post-marked date of the envelope when sent. The director
      will call the team number for departure. Trailering is permitted;
      groups leaving from other areas must follow the sequence of numbers
      assigned for boat leaving order and other public ramps. Single
      trailers, if no other competitor is around can depart determined
      start time otherwise follow numbered sequence. Watches will synchronizes
      by tournament director at the mandatory meeting. Weigh in Locations: Weigh-in site will be at Bucksaw pavilion, 
      for the boat and bank division. Tournament Hours:  The time for the Boat and Bank division 
      team with numbered departure begins at first light.  All
      watches must be synchronized to the time of the tournament director
      during mandatory meeting for first light departure.  All
      boat and bank teams must check in at designated site at Bucksaw
      Marina parking lot going into the pavilion.  Participants
      not in line by  3:05 PM  will be disqualified (NO
      EXCEPTIONS).  Legal Fish: A tournament limit is no more than 10 fish. A
      Team with more than ten fish at the weigh-in or inline will be
      automatically disqualified.  Must be 10" inches or
      larger in length.  Must be presented live in line. 
      Bank division teams are encouraged to keep their catch on ice
      after departing their location and presenting their catch at
      the weigh-in line. Any fish with lures, hooks or weights left
      in mouth will be removed from team count and weight or subtracted
      from the total team catch.  Big Fish can have safety pin
      on lip for identification during weigh-in. (ONE BIG FISH PER TEAM)
 Permitted Fishing Locations:
      All areas that can be legally fished are open to contestants
      at Truman Lake only. All current state laws will be followed
      concerning allowable fishing locations.  Boat Division Team
      members must not depart the boat to catch or land fish. 
      Bank Division teams must not depart the bank to step in or on
      a boat to catch or land fish. Boat teams must stay a minimum
      of 50' feet from each other and Bank teams 25' feet from each
      other. Tournament boats and Bank anglers must visibly display
      in plain sight, the flagging presented at check-in. Tackle and Equipment: Fish must
      be caught on rod and reel or extended handheld line poles. 
      Limited number of poles are, two for each team member in the
      water at the same time for both divisions. State Law: Current state laws of Missouri must be adhered
      to and conducted accordingly concerning the number of rods and
      reels permitted by each team member.  Baits:
      OPEN FOR MINNOWS AND ARTIFICIAL BAITS. Check-in Procedures: Each boat and bank division teams will be issued
      a numbered card at check in. The card must be turned in at weigh-in.   Live Well: It is recommended that fish be kept in an aerated
      live well during the tournament hours. Any fish that looks frozen,
      disfigured or glazed over will be automatically disqualified
      in both divisions. Kill Switch: Kill switches are required under Missouri law. Life Jackets: Life Jackets will be worn when the combustion
      engine is running. Alcohol: NO ALCOHOL will
      be permitted during tournament hours. Protests: All protest must be
      filed with the tournament director with-in 30 minutes of the
      conclusion of weight-in in writing.  The tournament committee
      will be used to resolve protests. Host Hotels and information: STABOR® Tournament Headquarters is at Bucksaw
      Lodge and buffet breakfast will be served morning of tournament
      (5/7/2004) beginning 5:00 am. Call to reserve your discounted
